Resources
These documents are particularly useful for teachers who are planning a curriculum for Australian gold studies which includes an excursion to Bywong Town, either as part of a general visit to the Canberra region or as a single day's outing. Some of them are for use at any time, others [like the class exercise] are best downloaded before the visit, but used afterwards to test student knowledge and memory. The souvenirs page is included as an example of items that are popular with visitors. Schools that do not wish for souvenirs to be offered for sale are invited to note this on their booking form.
Coach and tour companies acting on behalf of schools should include the website link in their confirmation documents.
