Bookings
Bywong Town tours are orientated towards school parties, but we welcome bookings from other organisations so long as the tour group has ten or more members.
Schools, and tour or coach companies acting for school tours, can book by completing the online form, printing and faxing the hard copy to our office. Note: you cannot 'save to file' any data entered into the form, but a blank copy can be saved for future use. We are also happy to receive the booking form as a .pdf file if you find that convenient.
If you have not previously visited Bywong, or are a group that is not a school group, we suggest contact with us by e-mail, telephone or fax to discuss your requirements, before proceeding with a booking.
All school bookings [Gold Tour 1] for dates in the first term of the 2011 school year will be offered at the special price of:
$8.00 per child. [Teachers free] A saving of $1.00 per child on the 2009/10 price.
This price will apply to the standard "Gold Tour 1" which includes gold panning, village tour and mining area tour and usually runs for about 4 or 5 hours including provision for lunch.
